Well personally I always loved Megatech and there products and when I saw this plain I had to have it. This is my 2nd plane ever and it was so easy to fly. On my first flight with it I was able to do a flip and I have know idea how I did that. I crashed only 1 or 2 times and didn't have any damage.WARNIG: ONLY FLY IN A BASEBALL FIELD. If you dont you will have a hard time. I was so amazed on its batery life. It lasted 25 min! It's ''V'' styled wing makes so easy to fly. Also what I love about it is that it is half acrobatic and half normal flying plane. I know you might think it's a little expensive but compared to other planes like this (arouned $300-$400 bucks) this fairly priced. I recomened it for biggiers and intermeatat flyers. DON'T BUY IT HERE [...]
Wow! This plane is amazing!

I got this plane for my birthday. I have flown a plane before one time with my friend at a park by my house and I loved it so my parents bought this one for me.
It is not a toy at all! It is a really good product. The radio is very high quality. Getting used to controlling 3 channels takes some getting used to, but once I get better I will be able to do loops and stunt stuff. My father flew it and he got it to take off from the baseball field accross from my school. It was the coolest thing i've ever seen!
I like it alot cause it looks like a real airplane, not a toy like some others I have seen. And it's really strong because we have flown it and crashed it a bunch of times.
A great way to spoil a nice day at the park.

I received this as a birthday gift, although I'm more of a tool person than a toy person. I'm not very familiar with these kinds of products, but I was surprised at the poor quality of the design and construction. I assume that tolerances are meaningful even in the production of toy aircraft and this thing has very poorly fitting components. The foam wing is held on with four rubber bands. The rubber bands tend to unhook and go flying, and there are no spares included. The horizontal stabilizer has two tabs, each a quarter inch wide, that easily bend and break. I found level flight impossible to achieve. Despite watching the video and following the instructions carfully, I could never get more than a downward spiral. The plane nosedived while taxiing and the foam nose cone shattered on the first attempt. Every attempt at any kind of takeoff resulted in more severe damage, and after a few failed attempts the model was unflyable. I could go on and on about every component as well as the shoddy battery charger that let's you know when to unhook by overheating.
Don't waste your money on Megatech

I previously had a gas airplane. I didn't have much luck with that. So when I saw this I thought I would give it a try. I bought this for $130. This was a complete mistake. The plane is pure junk. This first and only time I tried to fly it resulted in a crash. The wing cracked, the rudder broke, propeller broke, and worst of all the speed control was non functional. This all from falling from about 3 feet off the ground. The construction of this plane is terrible. The wings and rudder are made of a flimsy foam. The fuselage is made of a thin plastic. I was not going to give up. So I made repairs to the wing and ordered a new speed control. After installing the speed control nothing worked properly. Money wasted there. Tried to contact Megatech customer support hoping to talk to a like person. Didn't happen. They only respond to emails. Overall DO Not spend your money on Megatech products. The are cheaply made and you don't have proper customer support when needed.
Waste of time and money

This toy is a piece of junk. It does not have enough power to fly, even when the battery is fully charged according to the directions. After not flying, any crash causes damage to either the nose cone, the wings or the tail. After three attempted flights the wings broke completely. How they continue to sell this in good conscience is beyond me. Don't waste your money or time.
